Privacy Policy

We collect two pieces of information from users of the Jackal panel, and nothing else:

• Discord IDThe unique numeric identifier associated with your Discord account. We use this to tie access to a single account so we can detect sharing.
• IP addressThe IP address your requests originate from. Paired with the Discord ID above, this is what lets us detect when one account is being used by multiple people.

Both items exist for one reason: to prevent account sharing. Pairing a Discord ID with the IPs it has been used from is the minimum data needed to detect that pattern, and we don’t use either item for anything else.

We do not collect, store, or retain:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
• Wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases, or signing material.
• Trade history, positions, balances, or any portfolio data.
• Browser fingerprints, device identifiers, or analytics telemetry.
• Third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Jackal does not custody funds. We never have access to your wallet, your keys, or your balances.

Discord IDs and IP addresses are used only to flag concurrent or geographically inconsistent use of the same account. They are not used for marketing, profiling, analytics, or sold to anyone, ever.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share it with advertisers or analytics providers. We will only disclose information if compelled by a valid legal order, and in that case only the specific data described above.

Discord IDs and associated IP records are retained while your account is active. If you stop using Jackal and ask us to remove your record, we will delete it. Because we don’t keep anything else, there is nothing else to delete.

Access to authentication data is restricted to the systems that need it to run the service. We do our best to keep it that way, but no online service can promise perfect security; users should assume any information shared with any online service carries some residual risk.

Jackal is not intended for, and is not directed at, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change with it. Material changes will be announced through our official channels.
